I wish you would have talked about the butterfly plate that was under the wheat design pottery small handmade plate. And the turquoise USA piece usually has a spinning base two more of the same shape bowls and a round bowl to go in the middle. 😂

Back in the 70’s and 80’s great brass was so easy to find and reasonable. It has clearly stood the test of time. None of our adult drink glasses match. Its fun to have several sizes and shapes on display. Those trays and the animal watercolors are amazing!

I live here and that Goodwill is the worst. I have never found anything here. Our new Habitat for Humanity is unreal. soooo many mcm items daily

The glass with the straw that you called an adult sippy cup is actually a port snifter the idea is you drink the port through the straw and leave any sediment behind. I love your channel it is entertaining and educational, thank you for all your work.

Hi Laura, greetings from Finland! I think the wheat patterned dish might be an old Finnish one from KERA Oy. And the initials VL are the designers/ceramists initials. Search for Kera Oy ceramics or keramiikka (finnish word for ceramics) and you find some pictures of their products. I might be wrong, but worth checking : )

I really think that you have it right with the mid century brass fixture as far as what you need. But you need to find one that is bigger. That on is the only one that doesn’t block the view other than the incredible dragon scale one. I think that on would look great in an entry,❤

So funny. I have loads of those yarn bowls. I have so many styles, hand carved, different wood. The white fluted dish is for quiche. I’m in a different country so it’s very interesting to see what you think is unique or unusual. Some is just common here.
